Joe Trade is the region's leading manufacturer of premium animal feeds and feed ingredients

Joe Trade Co S.A.E was established in 1982, dealing with imports and exports.
In 1995, the company expanded to the manufacture of animal feed including fish feed , poultry feed and pet food. Additionally, the company was a sole agent for the Danish Company “Memcorn” for poultry feed.
It soon became one of the leading plants in Egypt with a huge expansion.
In 2010, the company added the export of wood pellets for heating homes in most European countries.
In 2016, the animal feed plant went through an acquisition by the “khurafi group”.
After 30 years of experience, Joe Trade once again came back to its leading role of importing and exporting fresh foods and animal feed ingredients.

HACCP Certification - Food Safety Management System

To minimize food safety risks, food businesses worldwide operate a food safety management system. This system is built on the conceptual basis of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical ControlPoint) methodology.
Joe Trade has been certified by DOS, the German certification body for management systems. for implementing and maintaining a Food Safety Management System based on the standards of HACCP.

ISO 9000 Certification - Quality Management System

Joe Trade was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification, which is the most important standard for quality worldwide. The certification means that Joe Trade is internationally recognized for its emphasis on quality and that every member of the company is part of the quality assurance system. Joe Trade has thus met worldwide standards in manufacturing its animal feed and feed concentrates.

ISO 14000 - Environmental Management System

Joe Trade was also awarded the ISO 14000 for its fulfillment of the standards for an environmental management system (EMS). Compliance with the requirements of ISO 14000 means Joe Trade has a management system for environmental protection. The certification indicates that environmental management is in fact integrated with the company’s overall management.
